Songpedia is what appears to be a very cool site out of Singapore. The service allows users to upload music, create playlists, and participate in other community activities. You can hear full-length songs on demand and see lyrics while songs play for free.

We do not allow for users to upload music, actually we are working on a partnership with sessionsound.com now to allow indie music artists to promote their music via our site and sell by way of sessionsounds.
